De Draak is a local Chinese restaurant located just outside the city centre in Haarlem (± 15 min walk from the Bavo Church)
Our restaurant breaks the Western tradition and introduces Asian dishes in a unique way. Experience a culinair adventure with the richfull taste of our dishes. Chef Fan will make you want to return to try many other dishes since you won't be able to get enough of it!

CHEF FAN
Chef Fan studied from 1982 until 1984 at a culinair school in China. As a result of his skills, he worked from 1984 until 1991 at 5 star hotels, including the White Swan Hotel, China Hotel and Garden Hotel in Guangzhou
Fan has also won many prizes and gold metals in cooking competitions in China as well as in the Netherlands
